What items are returnable?
- All of PurMed Products are eligible to be returned within thirty (30) days of sale.
- All of PurMed Products must be in original condition.
- All of PurMed Products must be returned in the original packaging in good order.
- All of PurMed Products must be unopened with tamper evident seal intact.
Refund Policy Guidelines
- All PurMed Products come with a thirty (30) day, money-back guarantee for new, unopened and tamper evident seal intact products from the date of sale.
- For refunds, please contact our customer support team at Info@PurMedGlobal.com.
- Once returned item is received and item has been inspected, email notification will be sent. Shortly after, email notification will specify the approval or rejection of refund.
- If refund is approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, generally within ten (10) business days.
Exchange Policy
- Company must be notified within three (3) business days of purchase.
- Pictures of damaged products must be sent to Info@PurMedGlobal.com.
- Exchange will not be approved if PurMed Product is damaged, broken or incomplete.
- Upon approval, a replacement product will be shipped out within five (5) business days.
- All product replacement claims will be compared to our shipping records for approval.
